Services are elective and available to clients 18+.

Minors may receive treatment with parent/guardian consent.

We do not provide emergency care. For emergencies, call 911.

2. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits may be required to secure appointments.

Cancellations/reschedules require 24 business hours’ notice.

Missed or late cancellations may result in a $100 fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Arrivals later than 10 minutes may be shortened or rescheduled.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at time of service.

Opened/used skincare products are final sale.

Service fees (time, expertise, product) are non-refundable once rendered.

Touch-ups may be offered at provider discretion.

For billing concerns, contact us before initiating a chargeback.

4. Photos & Testimonials

Before/after photos may be taken for your medical record.

Marketing use requires separate written consent (revocable at any time).

5. Treatment Suitability

We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment for safety.

6. Gift Cards, Memberships & Packages

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Memberships/packages are subject to specific billing and expiration terms.

9. Legal & Dispute Resolution

Non-clinical disputes resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
